Split’em With a Wedgehead

“In a world where thin is all the rage we’ve taken a different approach.  We’ve designed a broadhead that will make an impact and leave massive wound channels!”

It took me a while in my personal hunting journey to realize that lighter, thinner and faster isn’t necessarily a winning combination in bow hunting.   What good is a fast arrow that can’t penetrate because it lacks weight to drive through your prey?   What good are blades so thin they shatter and bend on impact?  Think about it.  A surgical steel razor blade is what your doctor uses when they plan to cut you open and put you back together.  You won’t find a WEDGEHEAD in the operating room, unless an amputation is in order!

The name really tells where and how this concept was born. I’ve split wood throughout my life for the fireplace, wood stoves and bonfires. Most of that was done by manually swinging a maul. I like producing results. It’s very satisfying to turn a 20” oak into a pile of firewood to heat the house and sit by on a cold winter night.

Anyway, this also allows me a great deal of time to think. Splitting firewood and thinking about hunting an idea was born. People don’t use super sharp thin axes to split wood because all it would do is hit and stick in the first couple of inches. However, if you swing a maul that is still sharp but has a wedged nose, you might end up with a complete pass through and in the dirt. See where I’m going!

So, after months of design, “google research”, trial and error I produced a broadhead that has all the makings of a game changer. Accurate, Cut on Impact, Solid Steel, Easy to Sharpen (if it dulls), massive would channels, bone splitting power all in a 100% Made in America broadhead; you can Use Over & Over & Over & Over Again!

The WEDGEHEAD is the ultimate cutting and displacement broadhead!

Field Reports

All WEDGEHEAD users reported flight that aligned with their field points and consistency from broadhead to broadhead! Durability and toughness were also cited as making the WEDGEHEAD stand above the competition!

I shot a doe in early season of 2021 with the wedgehead.  It shot great and left a massive wound hole. The doe dropped within 15 yards of impact.
